Once we connect with your hiring team, a grade-specific lead takes ownership. On the fastest searches we present 5+ qualified profiles on day one.
Each role is run by a lead with a technical or functional background who owns search direction, candidate quality, offer negotiation and onboarding.
Every consultant works a fixed seniority band; each band has a 6–10 person team and a team lead — so recommendations are sharper than generalist recruiting.
Every profile carries a risk note and verified education. Finalists are reference-checked before the last round, and compensation history is confirmed at offer stage — always with candidate consent.
